al-Qawl al-Tamām bi Ithbāti al-Tafwīd Madhhaban li al-Salafi al-Kirām by Shaykh Sayf bin `Ali al-`Asri
Forewards written by Shaykh Dr. Yūsuf al-Qaradāwi (db), Allāmah Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmāni (db), Allāmah Wahbi Sulaymān Ghawji al-Albāni (ra), and other respected scholars (db).

I hope to be able to sort these books alphabetically and provide one post per book which would include all available editions. For now, I have simply listed the links to the Internet Archive where you can find the books organized in collections.
With help, I would also like to provide some posts that organize the books according to subject and also according to year of study in a typical Dars Nizami institution.
A book of fatawa by Imam Suyuti rahimahullah with many controversial and still relevant issues like mawlid, loud group dhikr, the hadra and the tasbih, to name a few, and much more; on almost each (still) controversial (in the sense of the debates between Salafis and Sufis to put it simply) topic one can think of he has a fatwa. Download here: al-Hawi li’l-Fatawi as-Suyuti (410 pp.) The quality of the copy/print is rather poor though but it is still beneficial.
