لم تزل صحائفُ التآليف تُسطَّرُ لبيانِ أحوالِ سيِّدنا محمدٍ ﷺ وصفاتِه وسَمْتِه وهَديِه، وفاءً لحقِّه، وبيانًا لشريعتِه.وقد صنَّف الإمامُ الكبير القاضِي عياض (ت544هـ)، كتابَه العظيم «الشفا بتعريفِ حقوقِ المُصطَفَى ﷺ»، فكان تصنيفًا بديعًا، أخَذه الناسُ حتى مَلأ الأسماع، وبادَرَت إلى العناية به أقلامُ العُلماءِ في الأصقاع، وكان من أجَلّ شروحِه كتاب «الاصطفا لبيان معاني الشفا» للإمام العلّامة المُتفنِّن شمس الدِّينِ الدَّلْجِيّ (ت947هـ)، من أصحاب البرهان البقاعي، تميَّز شرحه بثراء موارده وتعدُّدها، وقد صاغه بصورته المزجية بعبارة سهلة مختصرة مُحقِّقًا وناقدًا لمَسائلِه، موضحًا لبلاغته. والكتاب مُحقَّقٌ تحقيقًا متقنًا عن عشر نسخٍ خطيةٍ مُنتقاة، وحلّاه محقِّقه بتعقّبات العلّامة المُلّا علي القاري. ثم أخرجناه إخراجًا رائعًا، مع فهارسَ علميةٍ شاملة، حتى جاء في هذه الحلَّة البديعة بحمد الله تعالى.
