Here are links to download the great work of ‘Allamah Abu Ja’far al-Tahawi, Ahkam al-Qur’an. The book has never been found in full, but two volumes of it have been found and published.
I have given some info on the book below. It is similar to his other works, mentioning full sanads and discussing in-depth issues and apparent contradictions between ayat. Here are the links:

أحكام القرآن– كتاب عظيم في التفقه والفقه المقارن.
طريقته فيه:
– أنه يأتي بالآية التي يريد كشف معانيها فيقول:«تأويل قول الله…»
– ثم يورد وجوه قراءات – إن وجد –
– ثم يذكر سبب النزول – إن وجد –
– ثم ينظر في كتاب الله هل توجد آية تبين معنى هذه الآية
– ثم ينظر في السنة
– ثم في أقوال الصحابة وأفعالهم
– ثم يورد آراء التابعين والأئمة المجتهدين في الآية
ويناقش الأقوال على طريقته المشهورة في مصنفاته
الكتاب مرتب على الأبواب الفقيهية
إلا أن الكتاب كان في عداد الكتب المفقودة حتى أظهر الله تعالى جزءا منه قبل بضع سنين فطبع في مجلدين وهذا الجزء يتمثل الجزء الأول من الأجزاء الأربعة للكتاب، فالمطبوع يتضمن العبادات ثم الطلاق والمكاتبة فقط. طبع في تركيا وكان دار الكتب العلمية توزعه
