The introduction to Mulla ‘Ali al-Qari’s commentary on Imam Ushi’s Bad’ al-Amali by its editor, Shaykh ‘Abd al-Salam ibn ‘Abd al-Hadi Shannar does a good job of concisely explaining the background of the science of kalam, its position amongst the Islamic sciences, and the various sects that came about through differences in ‘aqidah.
After the introduction, the editor has kindly produced the entire manzumah separately for the sake of easy memorization. This pdf only contains the introduction and the poem and does not include Qari’s commentary. If anyone is interested in a scan of the entire book, please let me know. I am not aware of any full scan of the published version of the book available online, although the manuscript form is downloadable through a number of forums.
Also, keep in mind that this printed version is not the edited version of Shaykh Adnan Darwesh. I am aware that both Darwesh and Shannar’s editions are available and have seen both as well but have not had the opportunity to compare them.
[We have added the scan of the entire book that was provided in the comments below]
Salam
There is also an oldish looking Urdu translation of the Bad’ al-Amali, and a brief Hashiyah on it also in Urdu. Do not have a scanner at hand at the moment unfortunately.

Is there any book my Mulla Ali Qari in English- Online or in Print.
Please let me know.
Jazakallah
Assalamu Alaikum
Some portions of Mulla Ali Al Qari’s Sharh Fiqh al Akbar are in Shaykh Abdur Rahman ibn Yusuf’s translation of Fiqh Al Akbar. It includes al Maghnisawi’s full commentary, along with extracts of Ali Al Qari’s commentary.
I am not aware of any other of his works in English.

Assalamu alaykum
I recently received the Dar al-Bayruti edition (2011, 1st ed.) with tahqiq/ta’liq of Khaldun Ali Zayn al-Din. It has in addition to Daw’ al-Ma’ali another commentary (Mukhtasar Sharh al-Bakri ‘ala Bad’ al-Amali).The text of Daw’ is in red and the other sharh in green (yes, no black text anywhere…). The chapter headings seem to be a bit different, and the ta’liq while very similar in some places, is mostly different. In sha’ Allah I plan to make tahqiq using the Shannar PDF, just in case this ed. turns out to have errors, and maybe copy some of his more useful footnotes.
Imran
After having compared these editions more carefully, and reading through my Khaldun ed. more closely, the footnotes are actually very similar. There are some notes that one has and the other does not, but the majority of the ta’liq seems to be directly copied and then slightly edited or rearranged. Both editions I am referring to have the same publisher, so I suppose they own the rights to both sets of ta’liqat, but it does seem a little strange that they did not acknowledge that much of the ta’liq came from Shannar and not Khaldun. Really the only addition in this 2011 ed. is Mukhtasar Sharh al-Bakri.
On a related note, I’ve been going through the recorded lessons of Shaykh Hassan al-Hindi on this text, and am finding them very beneficial. They are available on his site: http://alhindy.net/science/almaaly/almaaly.php
Not sure if anyone is reading these comments, but Dar al-Fath in Jordan has now published its own edition of this work. Based on what I’ve seen of their editions, I think it is likely to be excellent and perhaps better than all other current editions. Allahu A’lam.

Do you know what is different or peculiar about their new edition?
Can someone advice which addition is the best get. I need to book asap so any responses will be much apperacited

I would suggest the Dar al-Fath print with the edits of ‘Abd al-Hamid al-Turkumani. It’s a new and well-defined edition.
