Riyad al-Salihin: Shaykh Shu’ayb al-Arna’ut’s Reviewed Edition

This is the edition of Riyad al-Salihin that Shaykh Shu’ayb al-Arna’ut looked over and reviewed. Note that the actual takhrij work and edits were done by ‘Abd al-’Aziz Rabah and Ahmad Yusuf al-Daqqaq. Arna’ut reviewed their work and added notes on the hadith that are not from the two Sahihs, Bukhari and Muslim, often adding crucial information about corroborating chains that lend strength to otherwise weak narrations.

  1. Shaykh I think it may be worthy to point out for the benefit of those not familiar that Shaykh Shu’ayb al-Arna’ut is one of the main students of the late Shaykh Abdul Fattah Abu Guddah (may Allah shower him with His Mercy), one of the most prominent scholars of our time!

  2. Sorry brother, the above comment of mine is incorrect, I was confused between Shaykh ‘Awwama and Shaykh Arna’ut for a moment.
